Return Policy

We do not accept the return of product and exchange, and you are not entitled to a refund.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please follow the instructions below and contact us as soon as possible.

 
Return:
 

If your item is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately upon receiving. 

 

If you would like to return the purchased product with other reasons, the product should be:

(i)  used and in the same condition upon receiving;

(ii) with the original packaging and its components (including but not limited to certificates, accessories, instructions, gifts);

 

If we cannot receive the products within 7 days, we reserve the right to reject your returning of the products.

We only accept one return per order.

  

Refund:
We will notify you of the status of your refund as soon as we received and inspected the products.
If the refund is eligible, we will immediately initiate a refund through the original method of payment.
The refund will be received within a couple of days depending on the processing time of payment method.
 P&P charges are not refundable.
